Setting our intentions for the week with a sunset yoga

Prepare yourself for a day to amaze!
We will start our day by exploring the breathtaking views of the Balearic Sea from Jardi Botanic Marimurta.
Next, we'll wander through the charming, whitewashed streets and majestic castle of Tossa de Mar, savoring delicious local tapas and enjoying crystal-clear beaches.
To wrap up the day, we'll immerse ourselves into a positive journaling exercise to explore the beauty in ourselves as well right on the beach!

Dream above the clouds

Get ready for an exciting adventure to Montserrat, a magical mountain that radiates geo-biological magnetic frequencies, acting like a powerful antenna for our dreams and thoughts!
We'll embark on a delightful hike, followed by a lunch high above clouds.
Explore the vibrant local farmers markets and meet the legendary 'Black Madonna' in the Basilica—legend has it that if you touch the statue and make a wish, it just might come true!
We'll wrap up our adventure with a nature meditation and journaling exercise on the beach as the sun sets.

Self dive

Join us for an incredible day of self-discovery and connection! We'll kick things off with an inspiring art therapy painting workshop in the idyllic surrounding of Santa Clotilde Botanical Garden.
We will continue our day by kayaking on the sea.
And to top it off, we will celebrate with a fabulous white dress pizza party on the sandy beach to close our journey, while connecting with the universe under the light of the moon and soothing sound of the waves.

Connect with nature

Kick off your day with an energizing morning yoga session followed by a refreshing swim at the beach, to alight with the calmness of the waking nature, while experiencing the beauty of the gift of the present moment through a nature meditation.
During the day you can choose to visit Barcelona or continue to enjoy your day by the sea.
As the sun sets, will close our day with a sunset walk at the most beautiful passage of Lloret de Mar, having a fresh fruit cocktail by the sea.

Dóra Faragó

Hi! My name is Dora from Hungary and Im in love with the Costa Brava region of Spain. I spent my Erasmus studies in Barcelona and led several trips since then to this region and I cannot wait to show you the very best and most beautiful places of it!

I work as an international trainer and I did my studies in recreation management and health promotion.

My favourite quote is to: "Be brave enough to travel the unkown path and learn what you are capable of". I cannot wait to meet you, and support you on your path of brave personal growth.
